Koninklijke Nederlandse Politiehond Vereniging (KNPV)

The Koninklijke Nederlandse Politiehond Vereniging is a training association that was established to train police dogs, guard dogs, rescue dogs and tracker dogs. Sheepdogs in all their varieties are the preferred breed for training.

Training is mainly carried out at clubs. Dogs must first learn obedience. They must jump over various obstacles, swim and search for objects and persons.

Object security was specially developed for dogs in the security sector.

POLICE DOG I is a basic certificate for police dogs
POLICE DOG II is a certificate for advanced dogs

In addition to these certificates, there are also rescue dog certificates (rescue work - searching for victims that may be buried under wreckage) and tracker dog certificates (recognition of certain persons/smells).

The criteria to be eligible for sponsoring is - purchasing Champ Dog food with the Dog Club.

Champ is a real dog sports brand. We sponsor dog sports events in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Poland. Last year we sponsored more than 200 competitions!
